I have been a user of the desktop and iOS versions of this program for years. I've notified Mariner of the issue on their support blog. Note that this work around works only on the Mac, as the iOS app won't allow you to delete pictures. If there is a picture attached to the recipe, regardless of device, IT WILL NOT SYNC! The only work around is to delete the picture from the recipe. I found the issue and work around last night, and my sister just confirmed it as well. It doesn't work if the recipes are on an iOS device because the device WILL NOT recognize the new account, even when one tries a reset. That is a lazy form of support, and it's clear they have not investigated the issue. Mariner gives the same standard response about deleting and recreating the account and then trying to sync. My sister, mother, and I have all had the same issue. I've seen multiple write-ups here and on the Mariner support site complaining about the inability to sync between devices. I loved this program when I first started using it but lately, not so much.
